This was the happiest & scariest moment of my life.

I had no money. 

Covid just wiped out a company I spent four years building.

I was broken.

& now I was gonna be a dad.

What did I have to offer my family?

I was left with a choice. Find a job? Or, as a recently qualified coach, move into coaching?

Most people think confusion means they need more clarity.

More time to “figure it out.”

But confusion isn’t the problem.
It’s a symptom.

Specifically: a symptom of an identity gap.

When your skills are growing
and your systems are improving
but your identity hasn’t caught up yet…

confusion leaks in.

You second-guess.
You overthink.
You spin between options that all feel “kind of right.”
You hesitate, stall, self-sabotage.

So here’s the invite…

Open your shoulders. 
Open your heart.
Look up.
Take the next action.

Confusion disappears the moment you embody your future self…

And then I think of who’d I’d like to invite to it…

Much like I would if I had a table for 3 at a Michelin starred restaurant.

No launch. No content. No chasing.

Just a confident bold invite. With with or without your energy.

Here’s how I calculate my aspirational hourly rate ↓

Step 1
Decide your next level income per year…

Let’s say yours is: £200,000

Step 2
Decide how many weeks you actually want to work.
Not 52. Be honest.

Let’s say: 40 weeks

Step 3
Decide how many focused hours per week you want to work.
Let’s say: 20 hours

(Cause if you’re anything like me business is here to serve your life)

Now do the maths:

£200,000
÷ 40 weeks
÷ 20 hours

= £250 per hour

That’s your filter.

So if a task…
… doesn’t earn £250/hr
… or doesn’t clearly increase your future earning power

…it doesn’t make the cut.

Price your time.
Then live accordingly.

I didn’t feel ready to post this.

That voice said,

That voice sounds sensible.
It takes leaders out quietly.

So I posted anyway.

Business is here to serve our life.

I believe content is bigger than content.

It’s a way of showing what’s allowed.

A way of reminding people they don’t have to amputate parts of themselves to grow.

I see so many people hesitate to share fully because they fear they’ll contradict their messages…

But if you’re anything like me…

You follow people who have range…

Bio hackers that love the occasional rave

Spiritual teachers who’ve built internal and external wealth

Soft-hearted leaders who can also hold serious edge

That’s not confusing.
That’s what makes them a leader.

When you share your range, you don’t dilute your message.
You give people permission to be whole.

Don’t rush the end
Let it land

People think strength comes from rigidity.
It doesn’t.

The palm tree survive the greatest storms because they can bend.

Same with business.

Structure matters.
But structure without flexibility becomes brittle.

My bias is still plan and action.
Still movement.
Still leaning into resistance.

The difference now is this:
I don’t cling to the outcome.

That’s what profitable structure does.
It gives you direction… without trapping you in it.

That’s exactly what I’ve built into the 2026 Blueprint.

It’s not about locking yourself into a rigid plan.
It’s about building a rhythm you can trust…
so you know when to push, when to pivot, and when to rest
without losing momentum or second-guessing yourself.
