Muchas veces el problema no es la estrategia, ni el mercado, ni los recursos.

El problema es la cultura.

Empresas donde el ego pesa más que el criterio.
Donde se confunde liderazgo con control.

Y donde el ruido termina sustituyendo a los resultados.

Las organizaciones que realmente crecen funcionan de otra manera.

Toman decisiones con argumentos.
Construyen sistemas, no espectáculos.

Y entienden que el talento no se gestiona con miedo, sino con respeto.

Porque las grandes empresas no necesitan circo.

Necesitan criterio, responsabilidad y equipos que quieran construir algo importante juntos.

Confundirlo o compararlo con otras redes 𝗻𝗼 𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗼.
Y el 95 % de las personas están jugando el juego equivocado.

Están priorizando:

➡️ La vanidad

Y se están olvidando de lo más importante:

Una vez entiendas el juego, te aseguro que no solo cambiarás tu manera de enteder esta red, sino que la vas a rentabilizar.

Si el algoritmo de LinkedIn te está volviendo loco.
Necesitas entender el concepto de "tortuga"

Antes el juego era diferente.

Publicabas algo y en cuestión de minutos empezaba el juicio.

Si llegaban likes, comentarios y shares rápido 
→ el post escalaba.

Si no 
→ desaparecía.

Era un algoritmo de liebre. 🐇

Rápido.
Impulsivo.

Obsesionado con el arranque.

Pero eso ya no es así.

Los de LinkedIn se han puesto las pilas y todo ha cambiado profundamente.

Hoy ya no mira solo qué tan rápido interactúan contigo.

Mira algo mucho más importante:𝗾𝘂é 𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗼 𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗼 𝘃𝗲.

Y eso lo mide de otra forma.

Aquí entra el concepto clave: 𝗱𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.

No es si alguien da like.
Es si alguien se queda. Si se detiene.

Si lee.
Si relee.
Si interactúa después de consumir.

Esto cambia completamente el juego.

Antes podías “ganar” con:

→ hooks agresivos
→ engagement bait
→ trucos para provocar comentarios

Hoy eso ya no es suficiente.

Porque si la gente entra… pero se va rápido, el algoritmo lo detecta.
Y te penaliza.

Ahora LinkedIn funciona como una tortuga. 

🐢Menos explosivo.
Más progresivo.
Más inteligente.

Tu contenido ya no explota en 10 minutos.

Se evalúa en el tiempo.

Si retiene → sigue distribuyéndose.
Si no → se apaga.

Y aquí está el cambio real:𝘆𝗮 𝗻𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶ó𝗻... 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶ó𝗻.

Eso cambia cómo debes escribir.

No necesitas más ruido.
Necesitas más claridad.

No necesitas más alcance.
Necesitas más segundos.

Hoy ganan los posts que:

→ frenan el scroll
→ son fáciles de leer
→ generan curiosidad
→ mantienen ritmo
→ aportan algo real

La mayoría sigue operando como en el LinkedIn de 2020.

Buscando explotar.
Buscando viralizar rápido.

Pero el tema ha cambiado, ahora se gana con calma y buen contenido.

Los cambios en el algoritmo de LinkedIn tienen a mucha gente loca.

Lo que funcionaba hace 3 meses, hoy en día no.

Lo que verás en el vídeo determinará tu éxito en LinkedIn en 2026.

Te lo anticipo.

Hay una oportunidad brutal como nunca antes de llegar a quien realmente le quieres vender.

¿Cómo lo ves?

El algoritmo de LinkedIn ha cambiado y tiene a muchos locos.

Pero es un tema en el que hay más mentiras que certezas.

La verdad es que, todo el mundo habla de él y nadie tiene ni idea.
 
Y mucho menos esos “gurús” que van hablando como si tuvieran más conocimiento que cientos de ingenieros de LinkedIn.

Pero la verdad es que:

→ La mayoría de lo que se dice sobre el algoritmo es mentira.
→ La mayoría de las excusas son humo.
→ Y la mayoría de los “atajos” solo existen en la imaginación colectiva.

Porque cuando no entiendes cómo crear contenido, culpas al algoritmo.

Y cuando no entiendes cómo crear demanda, culpas a LinkedIn.

La realidad es que este juego no va de hacks.

Va de claridad, de valor y de resolver un problema que alguien realmente tiene.

Por eso hice este carrusel:

→ 𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘇 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘂́𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗿.

Si entiendes estas 10 cosas, dejas de perder tiempo en supersticiones y empiezas a trabajar en lo único que de verdad mueve tu cuenta:

→ Tu mensaje.
→ Tu claridad.
→ Tu utilidad para el mercado.

Lo demás… ruido.

Dime:

→ ¿Qué otras cosas has escuchado?

Mentiras sobre el algoritmo de LinkedIn 

Muchas estrategias en LinkedIn solo funcionan bien 𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢.

Ves posts con:

Mucho color.
Mucho gancho.
Mucho formato viral.

Pero cuando las lees, te das cuenta de que no hay nada dentro.

Ni una idea.
Ni una enseñanza.
Ni una historia que te deje pensando.

Y me vino a la cabeza la metáfora perfecta:

𝘓𝘢 𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘏𝘶𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘰 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳.

Apetecible.
Visualmente atractiva.
Pero sin valor nutritivo.

Y con una sorpresa de plástico en el centro.

Funciona para atraer miradas, pero no para construir autoridad.

Te da visibilidad, pero no confianza.
Te da “likes”, pero no clientes.

Porque al final, lo que queda no es lo que entretiene, sino lo que 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲.

Si quieres un negocio rápido pero fugaz, el huevito kinder es para ti.

Si quieres un negocio sostenible, no te comeas el "huevito".

Nos están copiando.

Sé que es parte del juego
y trato de convivir con ello.

Pero el tema es tan descarado que a veces me molesta.

Hay mucho trabajo de mi equipo en:

Entender a nuestros clientes
Desarrollar código
Comunicar
Diseñar

Como para ser completamente indiferente a que alguien copie vulgarmente nuestro producto y modelo sin aportar ningún tipo de valor adicional.

Incluso la empresa en cuestión pone capturas de pantalla de productos que ni siquiera tiene desarrollados y que están copiados en un 95 % de los nuestros.

Es decir que su plan es seguirnos copiando descaradamente.

El tema es que, cuando uno se dedica a copiar, siempre será el segundo.

Y no está mal; es una elección.

Uno, como emprendedor, vive perdido y en los competidores puede encontrar algo de luz para entender el futuro. Pero nosotros, como equipo, queremos ser siempre los primeros en traer al mercado lo que el cliente necesita.

En vez de estar plagiando lo que hace el vecino, preferimos canalizar ese tiempo escuchando a nuestros clientes y analizando datos.

Tú, el que nos copias…

Last week, our teams at Dils x Dils Lucas Fox hosted an evening in Amsterdam (Twentysix) to share a clear, data-led view of where the opportunities are in Spain — and how to underwrite them properly (beyond the headlines).  

A few signals that stood out:

Founded in 2000, EOL averages around 1 million sqm transacted every year, with more than 300 transactions annually and a team of 70 professionals across 10 offices in France’s main metropolitan areas.
