I’m a hands-on Full Stack Engineer and currently working on develping AI products and Agentic workflows at RediMinds, Inc. With over 5 years of experience delivering high-impact full-stack solutions across healthcare, logistics, and enterprise tech, I specialize in building mission-critical systems that merge real-world scale with AI innovation.

I started as a #2 hire at Basata, a healthcare GenAI startup, where I architected and shipped a fully compliant, AI-powered SaaS platform from the ground up. I led the development of core GenAI services — from designing FastAPI/Kafka-powered backend pipelines to integrating OCR-to-LLM flows directly into EHRs. I've also help architect and built a real-time voice agent to automate patient-facing calls using speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, and text-to-speech. Since launching in August 2024, we’ve onboarded multiple healthcare clients and are rapidly expanding across the country.

My work reduced reliance on legacy EHR systems by 50% and improved clinical document throughput by 70%. I also built HIPAA/SOC2-compliant CI/CD infrastructure, implemented observability with Sentry/Kibana, and authored runbooks for ops resilience.

Previously, I led platform development at two other startups — including a logistics superapp at Shipmantra, where I served as the founding engineer and helped secure seed funding. I’m passionate about driving 0→1 execution, simplifying complexity with GenAI, and enabling lean teams to ship fast.
