For over 20 years, I have built and led a global executive search business focused on CEO, Board, and senior P&L leadership across the value chain.

At Alcott Global, executive search is our core business and primary revenue engine. We work with Boards and CEOs on leadership appointments where the outcome is enterprise performance, not just role completion. Our work typically sits at the intersection of value creation, operational complexity, and transformation.

Alongside search, we have deliberately built a broader leadership ecosystem that gives us continuous, real-world access to senior decision-makers. Recently I launched my 3rd recruitment company. Frontline Recruitment Thailand. We have handpicked some of the best recruiters in the Thai market.

Our goal is to add value where other recruiters fall short. We do this through strategic partnerships and thinking outside the box.

Previously, as the Managing Director and co-founder of CGP Thailand, I was instrumental in establishing their presence as a leading recruitment company in the region. In just our first year of operation, we have achieved exceptional milestones, surpassing $1 million in revenue (in the first 10 months) and expanding our team to 32 talented staff members.

Under my leadership, CGP Thailand became synonymous with excellence in recruitment services. Leveraging our expertise and market insights, we have developed strong partnerships and garnered a loyal client base across diverse industries. Our commitment to delivering tailored solutions positioned us as the go-to recruitment partner for companies in sectors such as Technology, FMCG, Industrial, and Financial Services.

Previous to CGP. I took Parker Bridge from 3 to almost 50 staff. Eventually exiting the business after selling to the Russian Outsourcing giant Ancor. For over 2 million dollars.
