For over 20 years, I have built and led a global executive search business focused on CEO, Board, and senior P&L leadership across the value chain.

At Alcott Global, executive search is our core business and primary revenue engine. Developed the strategy to improve the end-2-end supply chain ‘from source to shelf’
in collaboration with external consultatns and internal stakeholders. Created a concept
for the future Supply Chain organization across the business segments procurement,

Headed the Logistics organization that is supplying the global Travel Retail Market.
Managed multiple DCs in Switzerland. Logistics operations included manufacturing tasks like VAS (value-added services), reworks & set assembly plus intralogistics services for the local production plant.
Upgraded the management capabilities of the organization through careful development of the team’s skillset or by adding new teammembers.
Implemented two new distribution centers on time & within budget. Lead the negations with suppliers and landlords.
Ensured continuous extension of capacities trough process improvements and warehouse- modifications to accommodate the steep growth of business demand.
Lowered transactional costs, halved order turnaround-times and improved quality through reducing variance in the operational execution.
