For over 20 years, I have built and led a global executive search business focused on CEO, Board, and senior P&L leadership across the value chain.

At Alcott Global, executive search is our core business and primary revenue engine. We work with Boards and CEOs on leadership appointments where the outcome is enterprise performance, not just role completion. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading numerous successful transformations. At US Foods, Inc., I spearheaded efforts that resulted in a 73% reduction in recordable injuries and a 38% increase in warehouse productivity. At Cheetah Technologies, Inc., I managed to double the customer base and gross margin in just a few months, while at DHL Supply Chain, I turned around a struggling start-up, gaining customer trust and launching three new businesses. These achievements highlight my commitment to driving results and creating sustainable change.
