• Led the Supply Chain task force aspects for two property openings, including Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse.   
• Successfully integrated regional properties’ purchasing processes into a center-led model.
• Used Work Process Improvement and LEAN techniques, to reduced technology sourcing timelines and created a roadmap for a reduction in the outlet opening timelines, allowing for greater revenue.

Owned the Source thru Pay process, leading process simplification and cost reduction strategies, as well as technology enhancements and implementations.  Developed strategic partnerships with Finance and IT to lead cross functional teams to transform Source thru Pay, while reducing costs.  
• Led a matrixed leadership team to develop and implement strategy focused decreasing cycle time for sourcing activities by 10 weeks, while transitioning to clean sheeting sourcing process and expanding number of suppliers within each bid.  Enabled Procurement to achieve ~$250MM in annual cost reduction and ~$110MM in cash goals.
• Transitioned in house Accounts Payable organization to an offshore BPO provider and created transition strategy for Procurement Buying Center between offshore BPO providers. Reduced cost per invoice by 17% in one year. 
• Through LEAN work process improvement and value stream mapping engagements, identified 50 areas of waste in buying center and led projects to quickly resolve the key waste drivers. In 90 days, auto PO generation increased from 18% to over 50% and within the first year achieved 75% target, allowing Buying Center resources to focus on more strategic cost reduction and inventory management opportunities.
• Developed and influenced Supply Chain leadership to deploy a strategic plan for five year STP transformation through using benchmarking industry practices.   Strategic Plan was based on prioritization of projects’ ROI ranging from tactical spot solutions focused on automation of processes and longer- term channel strategies to correct root cause.  
• Procurement lead for the Kraft-Heinz integration team, accountable for performing due diligence to identify critical business deltas within the Procurement processes, systems, and policies and for developing an integration plan for post-merger execution.  
• Leader as Teacher Award Winner in 2013, 2014, and 2015 a recognition for Learning, Doing, and Training others.

Associate Director, Source to Pay Business Process Management

Kellogg Company

Served on the global leadership team to successfully launch SAP MM for $6B of purchases for Kellogg North America; Managed a team of 16 in the US and in India in daily Procurement operations, master data management and Capital Procurement team of 7 accountable for $300MM of capital equipment and services spend.
•	Led the Capital Procurement team to deliver their sourcing strategies on time and on target to meet overall objectives for the year and for pipeline growth, while reestablishing key stakeholder relationships within Global Engineering.
•	Pioneered tying operational key metrics to personnel performance goals to incentivize and engage everyone in the mission of the Center of Excellence.  Decreased the number of blocked invoices and resolution time by an average of 90% and increased response rates on supplier measurement program to 89%.
•	Spearheaded Indirect SAP P2P deployment across 3,000+ end users with no business or supply interruption.  Increased controls via deploying automated requisition approvals and systematic requisition requirements.
•	Integral Procurement resource for the successful global acquisition of the Pringles brand into Kellogg.  Led the Procurement system and process integration for the company.
•	W.K. Kellogg Value Award winner, the top award within the Company, for joint partnership with the Foreign Trade organization to gain Importer Self-Assessment status from the United States Customs.

Director II, Procurement Center of Excellence

ConAgra Foods, Inc

Led a  Shared Services team of 15 resources who were wholly accountable for  daily centralized Procurement tacti-cal operations; Strategically planned the expansion of services provided by team while maintaining zero overhead growth; Owned $55MM Contingent Labor category and sourcing strategy.
• Proactively mobilized cross-functional teams to apply Demand Driven Supply Chain methodologies to Contingent  La-bor category, the first category to utilize this methodology in Indirect Procurement.  Thus reducing costs not only through negotiations, but also via demand management.
• Drove restructuring of vendor maintenance sub-team allowing for the reallocation of two resources to other support areas, while improving vendor set up time by ½ day. 
• Introduced balanced performance scorecard to provide daily performance tracking to Shared Services employees and customers resulting in a key motivation and teambuilding tool for the organization.
• Devised multi phased team strategy addressing all of the team’s needs for increased function and value, including hiring critical team leads, who are considered top talent within the company.

Manager, Procurement Shared Services

Recruited to manage various Indirect categories, most notably IT, HR, Corporate Services, Commercial Card, Travel & Expense, and Meeting Management.  Established partnership between IT leadership team, Procurement, and Blue Chip sup-pliers.
• Realized over $17MM of savings, overachieving goals by an average of 160% annually.
• Developed a strategic supplier program with Blue Chip suppliers like SAP, Oracle, EMC, IBM, Lenovo, and Microsoft, which was renowned by the CIO as a key platform for IT success. The strategy later adopted within other Indirect categories.
• Modernized the travel and expense program through driving adoption to 90% on a new online reservation technology, as featured in Purchasing Magazine, Business Travel News, and the Plane Business Banter.   Recognized as a top contributing program at ConAgra Foods, via winning the CEO award, the top award within the company.

Recruited to analyze clients’ procedures to identify payment process gaps, areas for improvement, and financial benefits. Directed account strategies for 5 global clients with a portfolio of $350MM.
•	Grew global account charge volume, averaging 50% year over year growth, 30% more than expectations. 
•	Restored fractured relationship, loyalty, and trust in products and solutions resulting in retention of about $60MM of charge volume.
