Hi I'm Željko an entrepreneur on a mission to fire the old way of hiring. Founder of CheddarList and passionate amateur winemaker.

At CheddarList "you're hired" without the tired means that you will escape the hamster wheel of phantom job postings. We believe when people are hired with respect for their time and value, everyone wins.

For both talent and employers, the current hiring process can make medieval torture seem like a Sunday stroll.

I’m a training, onboarding, and sales enablement leader who brings energy, empathy, and strategy to everything I do. Whether I’m facilitating a session, developing a global onboarding experience, or coaching new hires, my goal is always the same: to create learning environments that inspire, include, and deliver real results.

With a strong background in Learning & Development, enablement, and onboarding, I specialize in crafting engaging, high-impact training experiences that empower employees to thrive from day one. I’ve led thousands of virtual and in-person sessions for global teams—supporting everyone from first-day new hires to seasoned leaders. My facilitation style is high-energy, interactive, and learner-focused, and it’s earned me multiple internal awards and glowing feedback.

I’ve built, scaled, and revamped onboarding and training programs that not only improve performance and retention, but also foster connection and belonging. I’ve managed global training teams and created consistent learning strategies across regions—while also customizing content to align with diverse business needs and cultural nuances.

One of my biggest passions is cultivating inclusive workplaces. I have experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), including designing and leading DEIB-focused workshops and initiatives. I create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued—and where learning is both safe and transformative.

Public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentations are all in my toolkit. I bring clarity, strategic insight, and authenticity to every conversation and collaboration. People often tell me they walk away from my sessions feeling energized, understood, and ready to take action.
