Mourning the loss of a loved one is tough. Moving forward with business as usual when our plan was to do business with that love was even harder. 

But these past three years have shown me that I was never left alone. Faith and our creator never left my side. 

This made me think: Sometimes we suffer from a loss, but other times all is not lost. 

Life has an incredible way of pulling us through the most challenging times. 

It wasn’t long ago that you made it through a global pandemic. 

I hope you remember all that you made it through. It is by the grace of God that we have a chance to live lives that allow us to interact with each other and experience freedom.

How did you go from being an underpaid employee and overlooked for promotions to building a successful career that connects people to higher-paying opportunities, equity, distribution, and media opportunities across the U.S.?

I made a move and I know you can too.

I stopped waiting to be noticed.
I stopped accepting being undervalued.

I built relationships based on giving value to leaders across industries. And I used those relationships to create opportunities, not just for myself, but for others.

Fast forward a few years:

Here’s what I’ve learned:

If you feel stuck in a job where your value isn’t recognized, you don’t have to stay there.

Here are a few ways to start moving:

☑️ Build relationships: Connect with people who can introduce you to opportunities.

☑️ Say yes: Be ready to step into new roles, even if they scare you.

The opportunities are out there. But you have to make the first move.

I am sharing this image again, because it has been shared by so many of our friends across LinkedIn. 💪 I think the view of this sports car stuck, helps us absorb how ridiculous it can be to stay stuck where we don’t belong. 

It is important to acknowledge your worth. 

You are full of potential just like a sports car sitting in a garage. It is important to be aware if your situation is like being in a deep jungle stuck in the mud. In either case starting the engine or getting an air-lift plan, will get you ready to move. 

This can be your first step towards being able to see your full potential.

It might push you to explore other companies or roles you hadn’t considered, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling career path.

A difficult job market can force you to think outside the box and explore alternative career paths, freelance work, or entrepreneurship. 

These new directions can lead to unexpected and rewarding opportunities that might not have been considered in a more stable market.


☑️ Improved mental health:

When you see what you don’t want, you become aware of what you truly want. 

A better work-life balance and greater job satisfaction can be positive results from having mental clarity.

When you experience hard times you can grow stronger than before.

I know what it feels like to have there a storm around you. It can be discouraging and scary. But there is good news: There is a clear path after the storm and all storms end.

Years ago I was rejected when I applied for simple marketing positions. Today I get to consult with good people who advise the marketing genuises who dominate social media.

•	Calculating the monthly bonus of the After Service maintenance Engineers with the available Microsoft Excel summation formula.
•	Supporting decision making in the unit.
