Friday was my last day as Director of Sales at AutoNotes.

In 10 months, I built their first B2B revenue engine from scratch, closed two dozen net-new logos, sourced pipeline through outbound and social selling, and drove significant revenue lift by focusing on new business acquisition, expansion, and reducing churn.

Before that, I spent 3+ years at YAROOMS growing from AE to Senior AE to Director of Sales, closing enterprise accounts like Verizon, Teck Resources and Intermountain Health, while hiring, ramping, and coaching AEs, BDRs, and AMs.

I built their first U.S. sales playbook from the ground up and used it to enable the team through weekly pipeline reviews and deal coaching- improving win rates and forecast accuracy across the board.

Tab 4: Active processes I'm already in, last contact and follow up steps

Organization. Time management. Giving a crap.

That's the difference between hoping something happens and making it happen.
