- Optimized HR knowledge management through the design and launch of a SharePoint hub, centralizing HR resources for 80+ employees across 19 markets (2,000+ visits over 6 months).

- Creation of Flix Benefits Hub (SharePoint) providing 3,000 Flixies in 19 markets with an overview of their global & local benefits.

- Led financial strategy & restructuring during a liquidity crisis within the agency, minimizing operational costs while maintaining service delivery.

- Created a performance management framework that lead to the redistribution of work to high-performing team members, resulting in improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Saved the CEO 15 hours/ week from the first month of employment by completely taking over agency recruitment work. Defined the recruiting process/ templates; actively sourced 20 team members (including 3 Head profiles).

- Served as PMO and Communications Lead for the 2018 Performance Management Cycle. Efforts supported 90% of employees gathering 3+ pieces of feedback, laying the foundation for better quality feedback and performance decisions.

- Contributed to hitting a company-wide OKR with the delivery of an internal communications campaign which resulted in 70% of employees reporting that they understood the connection between strategy and the updated company values after one quarter.
