Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of HR, communications, and the business, helping organizations create shared understanding, reduce friction, and turn strategy into action. I’m often brought in when things feel fragmented: messages aren’t landing, teams are working in silos, or leaders want greater clarity and alignment.

I help people create income streams and businesses that fit their life, energy, and work style - not the other way around.

I've had literally dozens of jobs across several fields. I learned the hard way that typical 9-5s don't work for me (or a lot of people). I've also tried starting my own income streams - freelancing, monetizing hobbies, even building a startup with a full team.

Needless to say, I've learned a lot about what works, what doesn't, and what kind of personality and skills fit with different income options.

Now I'm combining these experiences to help people:
• Identify income paths that fit their strengths, constraints, and goals
• Find flexible or business options that work with their actual life
• Build a roadmap with concrete next steps (not just ideas)

Background: I've worked in environmental and biodiversity fields, so I especially understand the challenge of wanting meaningful work that also pays the bills.
