Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of HR, communications, and the business, helping organizations create shared understanding, reduce friction, and turn strategy into action. I’m often brought in when things feel fragmented: messages aren’t landing, teams are working in silos, or leaders want greater clarity and alignment.

I typically step in to own employee-facing communication initiatives end-to-end: from narrative and executive messaging through execution. Especially during periods of change, scaling, or organizational alignment, I'm a great partner to have in your corner.

I’m Kasia, a dedicated and versatile outdoor enthusiast with a passion for transforming operations, optimising product performance, and delivering exceptional customer support. 

Currently based in Berlin, I am looking to pivot my career into the sports and outdoor industry, where my professional skills and personal interests can thrive together.

For the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of working in various high-impact roles. 

My career has been driven by a love for leadership, strategic planning, and customer insights. I am fluent in Polish, English, and German, with a basic understanding of Italian, which has helped me navigate and manage multicultural teams effectively.

As an avid traveler and cyclist, I deeply resonate with the values of this vibrant sector. I am eager to bring my operational expertise and customer-centric approach to a field that celebrates adventure and community.

It’s been a while since I posted here. Also a while since I went to a networking event. I think the last time might actually have been the same occasion.

Yesterday I ended up at a panel talk, mostly to support a friend. But also because something about it felt… not intimidating. I saw people involved who felt relatable, so I got curious.

What I didn’t expect was how seen I would feel.

I spend a lot of time at cycling events, and the talks held there are inspiring - but they’re always within the same context: bikes, racing, performance. Last night opened up a slightly different perspective.

What stood out was how many of the stories weren’t linear. Careers moving between worlds, following curiosity rather than a fixed path.
It felt like a place where you could exist as both - someone deeply invested in a lifestyle or hobby, and someone building a serious career.
That’s something I’ve struggled with for a while.

Seeing Maya Christofori talk about her path - outdoors, fashion, back to outdoors, back to fashion, and now somehow merging both - made that feel possible. And seeing Tunca Beril Basaran shine in her new role as an entrepreneur, creating spaces where stories like this can be shared, felt powerful.
A space for curiosity. For trusting your path even when it looks a bit squiggly.

I went to support friends.
I left feeling seen, empowered, and a bit hopeful.

When I say cycling connects, I mean it really does. It connects people - and sometimes it connects the dots in your head.
