I work in internal communications, using communication as a tool to align teams and drive business impact.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of HR, communications, and the business, helping organizations create shared understanding, reduce friction, and turn strategy into action. I’m often brought in when things feel fragmented: messages aren’t landing, teams are working in silos, or leaders want greater clarity and alignment.

I typically step in to own employee-facing communication initiatives end-to-end: from narrative and executive messaging through execution. Especially during periods of change, scaling, or organizational alignment, I'm a great partner to have in your corner.

I’ve started my career in a fast paced corporate environment. As I was climbing up the ladder, I was fascinated how the same workspace can be a source of growth and deep fulfilment for some - and of misery and wasted potential for others. 

We tend to put blame and responsibility on leadership and organizational design - and sure that's part of the problem - but I believe there’s also room to reclaim personal agency within every individual who’s part of a collective. Regardless of the systems, each of us has the power to choose how we respond to our environment, how we show up, how we voice our opinions, how we react to failures and challenges, and how we relate to one another.

I built Brightroom to help people become the heroes of their own stories - in and outside of workplace. Through group learning experiences, individual coaching and a community of peers who learn and grow together, we help people turn work into a place of personal fulfilment and collective impact.

With all the hype about OpenClaw, it's hard to tell what's true and what's just people seeking attention. 

Especially if you are non technical (like myself), you naturally don't have the knowledge to understand the full scope of possibilities OR the limitations. 

I'm grateful there are people helping to keep up with all the craze - joined Phil Bennett's hands on OpenClaw training yesterday and it was soo valuable. 

Felt like a kid in a Disneyland.

If I got paid every time I heard someone say how cringe and shallow Linkedin is, I’d be ready to retire by now. 

And don’t get me wrong, it absolutely is. It is social media - cringe and shallow are part of the design. 

At the same time we all choose how to show up and how to use it. I can’t even count how many amazing people I met on here and Cris Pop is definitely one of them.

We scroll past a lot of posts on LinkedIn. Some make us stop. That’s how I met Irina.

I had been following some of her posts for a while, and something about the way she expressed her thoughts caught my attention. I felt an alignment in values, principles, and the lens through which we saw things.

So I reached out. We even had a short call, just to get to know each other.

A few months later, I found out she was organizing an event in Berlin. On a whim, but also guided by curiosity, I decided to go. And I’m really glad I did.

From the moment I arrived, I could feel the care and the intention behind the event. She co-created it with the LoveNotFear team. It was deeply human. The way people were welcomed, the atmosphere throughout, and the subtle attention to every detail, it all felt aligned with how we believe events should be.

At the end, we sat down and talked a bit more. I shared that we also organize events, and that we’ve been thinking about expanding beyond Romania. It felt almost obvious to say it out loud that we should create something together.

Because in many ways, we were already aligned on leadership, on culture, and on how we show up in communities.

What I appreciated most was how natural it felt to start talking about collaborating.

And here we are. Starting this journey together, co-creating an event in Berlin where we’ll explore company culture.

I’m genuinely excited, not just for the event itself, but for the people we’ll meet along the way. And I can’t wait to experience it alongside the amazing speakers: Sandra Strauss, Loek Hageman, Sara Dietrich (Frisk), and Miguel Brion.
