My role as a Head of Operations is to make sure the properties, starting from the moment of acquisition, are properly maintained, fully serviced and meet Habyt's safety, design, and quality standards. 

My team is working hard on keeping customers satisfied and happy, while constantly increasing Habyt's active real-estate portfolio and improving our services along the way. During 2019, Habyt has tripled its customers and accommodation units available. We now manage and operate in Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona and have set the path to offer our services in Milano and Lisbon.

Factory Berlin is a next generation business club fostering innovation. We connect the right people to build relationships that truly matter. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs to make a real impact and create the world of tomorrow.

We operate the first and largest startup campus in Germany. My team and I are making sure that all 2500 sq.m. of the Community Space and overall 10.000 sq.m. in Factory Berlin are a definition of great, inspiring and efficient space. Under my supervision, we built and started operating our second Factory Campus in Görlitzer Park in January 2018, adding extra 15.000 sq.m. to the Factory Community Space.

As a Head of Campus I am responsible for:
- Leading a team of 12 bright professionals
- Facility management, including landlord relations as well as safety & security
- Construction sites management 
- IT & technology upgrades, network infrastructure
- Campus operations, processes and logistics
- Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Vendor and subcontractor management for various space services
- Space improvements, remodelling and expansion
- Hospitality services for our community and corporate partners
- Front Desk services, including guest management

As a Campus Operations Manager, my primary goal was to ensure that all 3 departments of Campus (Facility, Reception, Hospitality) work together and their highest efficiency so that tasks & projects are getting executed faster and according to their priority. I started building the Campus Team, whose main priority is well-being of our community.

Factory Berlin is the place where you can connect to the people that will help your business succeed, and the Factory Team works hard to make it happen. Being an Office Manager of such a fast-paced community has its challenges, but rewards, too! I make sure our team has everything they need to work efficiently, happily and worry-free. 
Some of my responsibilities are:
- Creating smoothly running working environment and improving the office processes
- Assisting Backoffice, Finance and Event teams in their daily tasks
- Ensuring constant level of necessary supplies: stationery, snacks, drinks etc.
- Planning and executing in-house events, team-buildings, celebrations
- Working with the team of technicians, ensuring that office fixes are implemented with due urgency and quality
- Executing administrative tasks: filing, controlling incoming and outgoing post.

In Prezi, I oversee more than 4000m² of a hi-tech city with a population of 250 Prezilians. In the office team of 11 people, I supervise and coach 3 of them. Together we juggle a large variety of projects. In cooperation with more than 150 external vendors, we strive to provide maximum comfort for our employees: from highest speed of Internet to the most ergonomic office surroundings. 

I maintain and improve the office experience (Facility Management):
- Cleanliness and order: built a 24/7 cleaning services team with high quality standards, that I personally oversee
- Security: planned and implemented a badge security system in the office
- Safety: created a system of occupational and fire safety regulations, which I make sure to be followed and be in compliance with existing rules.
- Stationery: I make sure we have a consistent level of office supplies and equipment necessary for a smooth work-flow
- Fun factor: our employees can unwind when they need to with foosball, arcade machines, or Xbox novelties
- Gardening: keeping high level of green in the office 
- Space allocation and moving: I coordinated multiple office moves, making sure layouts are compliant with the statutory requirements, and people are comfortable with their new settings
- Inspecting the premises and addressing facility failures

I make sure people of Prezi play hard, and have a lot of action to choose from:
- Organised 4 company-wide week-long team-building events; ensured a smooth meeting & presentation flow; addressed catering, housing, and entertainment needs for up to 300 people
- Organised multiple team-buildings, offsite events, and board meetings; as well as regular thematic parties, board game nights, go-kart races, and travel clubs
- Developed a diversified system of start-up perks

As a start-up we have to make sure we spend wisely, and I take part in it by planning and managing the office-related budget in coordination with the Operations Manager and Finance.
