Managed a team of 25 technical engineers and 500 staff across 5 maintenance depots. Maintenance and Construction of Railway Rolling Stock and Electric Traction lines. Oversight of Information Systems such as SCADA. 
Responsibility included maintenance, inspection, and construction of Electric Traction lines spanning over 200 miles, managing maintenance, inspection, and production of Railway Rolling stock locomotives powered by large elextric machines. 
Also responsible for maintenance and high availability of power stations, HVAC lines, transformers, generators, curcuit breakers, electric control systems and other electrical equipment.
