Led team responsible for managing the Rides business in AL, AR, FL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, OK, and TX. Increased regional profitability by developing new product offerings and strategies to accelerate top line growth (premium products, add-ons, pricing strategies), while continuously identifying cost reduction opportunities and acting to address them.

Senior Manager, Head of Gulf Coast Rides

Designed, built, and launched Uber's driver loyalty program, Uber Pro, improving retention and platform efficiency via effective segmentation and meaningful rewards, including free college tuition programs. Designed and executed additional programs to develop deeper relationships with key driver segments and solicit impactful product and program feedback from drivers.

Designed, managed, and executed Uber’s internal process to bring to life a "180 Days of Change" campaign, delivering 38 new driver-facing features and improvements including in-app tipping, paid wait time, and 24/7 phone support.

US & Canada Product Operations & Strategy

Drove sustained, rapid growth in the DC market, managing as many as 20 direct reports. Launched and refined uberPOOL in Washington D.C., Miami, Atlanta, and Philadelphia. Built the POOL pricing model, led product testing, and developed playbook to continue scaling POOL to additional markets.

My expertise in these areas was honed over 7 exciting years in various strategy and operations roles at Uber, and in a short stint in public accounting at EY early in my career.

As a US & Canada Program Manager at Uber, I was a key decision maker and responsible for improving the customer support experience for riders who reached out to Uber Support. I worked closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Legal, and BPO Support Teams to build and fix processes that would improve core metrics such as customer satisfaction, BPO average handle time, BPO compliance, and Uber's overall cost of support.

As a part of Uber's prestigious Nomad Program, I was loaned out to the UberEats India Regional Ops team for a short term business critical assignment. I worked with the local team to improve the operational efficiency and profitability of the India Eats business, by identifying and limiting fraud across our three customer bases: restaurants, couriers, and eaters.

As a Strategic Operations Manager in Uber's US South Region, I wore many hats across operations, marketing, and product in order to improve  the rider and driver experience in Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma. I used, and also developed, business intelligence to drive profitability in my business unit, and improve the driver / rider experience in my markets. 

Key Achievements:
- Used data analysis to discover a $90M defect impacting 180+ cities globally, and led a cross functional team of 5 engineers and product managers to implement a solution in our complex systems
- Acted as an interim Product Operations Manager by collecting end user feedback for an internal tool, and building a feedback loop with PMs and engineers that resulted in an 85% improvement in efficiency through new features
- Launched UberXL in six Texas cities by creating a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) launch plan
