Be it during their meals or to divert them, such exposure is affecting them in many ways. 

But EMoMee's pitch says otherwise.
Varun Duggirala and Pooja Jauhari are building a platform where kids when exposed to screen time will experience age friendly characters and words, soothing colors, and stories that educate them.

It will not be content but stories that children can actually benefit from.

Shark Tank India's 5th season has just started and I'm already amazed by ideas that's helping solve modern day problems. 

It wasn't just a pitch, it was a much needed solution.

When all 5 sharks make an offer, you know something is right!


That’s exactly how impressive Yash Kalra was on Shark Tank India.

What began as a pitch quickly turned into a story that captured the attention of all five sharks, and that says a lot.

There’s something about Gen Z founders.
The clarity, the effort, the energy they bring to their work is genuinely commendable.

Coming to Yash’s pitch - it was solid.
So solid that every shark made an offer and tried to make it work.

Watching this reminded me of an important lesson in entrepreneurship -
You don’t need perfection to begin.
You need courage to start.

The moment you take the first step, learning begins.
Mistakes happen, feedback comes in, and things slowly fall into place.

Yash’s pitch was impressive not just because of the product, but because of the belief behind it.

And that kind of confidence can only come when you’re building something you truly believe in.

Here's why - 


Over the last few years, multiple road safety reports and news investigations have highlighted a worrying pattern -
Delivery riders rushing against the clock, unsafe driving, ignored traffic rules, and avoidable accidents.

In several cities, authorities documented injuries and fatalities linked to delivery pressure, where speed promises translated into real risk on real roads.

That’s not innovation. That’s a cost we shouldn’t accept.

Speed is powerful, but when it becomes a promise, it also becomes pressure.

No app explicitly asks riders to break rules.
But when time is the headline metric, behavior follows.

And the impact isn’t theoretical.
It shows up as accidents, hospitalisations, and families paying the price for a feature that was never meant to be life-threatening.

The no 10-minute rule isn’t anti convenience.
It’s pro safety.

It shifts the focus from “beat the clock” to “reach safely.”
From urgency at all costs to responsibility at scale.

Progress should make life easier, not riskier.
And any system that depends on human effort must protect the humans first.

Speed can wait. Lives can’t.
