The study of human behavior has always fascinated me. My passion for understanding the human psyche led me to pursue a master's degree in Industrial Psychology. After completing my studies, I joined Unilever, one of the largest multinationals, as a Consumer Insight Manager. This role allowed me to apply my psychological knowledge while learning and practicing the latest research techniques. My work at Euromonitor involved research across various industries, including FMCG, health, and automotive, which further deepened my understanding of consumer behavior and strategic research.

Beyond my professional journey, I am deeply committed to mental health advocacy. I co-founded the Save Lives Project, an initiative focused on raising awareness about mental health and suicide prevention. Our e-book, Whispers of Hope (October 2023), brought together insights from 25 advocates and professionals, creating a platform for shared stories and community healing.

In 2022, I published my first book, The Algorithm of Life, a project 20 years in the making. Within 24 hours of its release, it became a bestseller in eight Amazon categories. The book has received glowing reviews and endorsements from notable figures, including a Nobel Peace Prize winner, Mark Victor Hansen, and other esteemed thought leaders.

My passion lies in helping people flourish and reach their full potential. Having faced numerous challenges in my own life, I learned invaluable lessons from my darkest times. The holy month begins with the sighting of the moon. Tonight, the moon was sighted, and we have entered this blessed month.

Ramadan is such a special time. It’s the month when the Quran was first revealed and every small act of kindness, prayer, or charity is rewarded 70 times more!

During Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn to sunset, focus on prayer, charity, and self-improvement, and strengthen bonds with family and community. It’s a time to purify the heart, practice gratitude, and cultivate mindfulness in daily life.

Let’s make the most of this blessed month and spread a little extra kindness wherever we go.

The human mind has three levels:

3D is Conscious Mind:
Where we experience life through our five senses.

4D is Subconscious Mind:
Formed by early beliefs from family and society. It's the bridge between the conscious mind and…

5D is Quantum Field:
The realm of all possibilities, energy, frequencies, God, source, whatever you call it. These possibilities exist as waves, unseen but real, like vapor from heated water.

To manifest a dream from 5D into 3D, you must densify it, turn energy into form. That begins with your core beliefs in the subconscious.
If you consciously want money but subconsciously feel unworthy, you're repelling it.

Want to know your core beliefs? Look at your current life, your finances, relationships, health.
To shift your reality:
·      Change limiting beliefs.
·      Act and feel as if your dream has already happened.
·      Believe with certainty, it becomes magnetic.
·      Fuel it with emotion.
·      Back it with consistent effort.

I visualized my dream 20 years ago and made it real.
If I can do it, so can you.

Right now, we are witnessing a rare alignment of three significant events: a Solar Eclipse, the beginning of Ramadan, and the upcoming Chinese Year of the Fire Horse.

Each of these events comes from very different traditions, yet they coincide today to mark both an ending and the beginning of a new era. Some cycles must end, some energies must be purified, and new momentum is ready to begin.

A Solar Eclipse represents interruption. As the Sun’s light temporarily dims, it becomes clear that even the brightest and most powerful can lose their shine.
The Year of the Fire Horse represents acceleration. In Chinese metaphysics, Fire Horse cycles are known for movement, bold decisions, leadership shifts, and the rapid unfolding of events that were previously stuck.

Now consider what it means when all three overlap in the same window of time. The universal energies are shifting significantly, and we are called to adapt. Some cycles must end, learn to let go of your past.

Embrace new beginnings. Stay connected to your Divine guidance. Align your energy with the currents of change, and step forward with clarity and purpose.

Remember! 

Some cycles end to make way for something extraordinary. Universal energies are shifting. Be present, be intentional, be ready.
