We’re building a beast to take on Clay. Our plan: 10x growth in the next 12 months. We have the tech, the leads, every BDR tool imaginable, and direct access to the best lead-gen minds in the game.

🔥 Who I need:

- A Messaging GURU: Your main superpower is written communication. You know how to hook a prospect, handle an objection in one sentence, and make cold outreach feel like a warm conversation;

- Proactive, honest, and disciplined;
- Strong motivation and optimistic mindset;
- Excellent soft skills and ability to get things done;
- Eager to learn and grow;
- Knowledge of GetSales is a big plus;
- Experience with cold calling is a big plus;
- English + Russian is a must (B2+). French, Spanish, German or Polish is a plus;

💼 What to do in the role:

- Manage LOTS of conversations (LinkedIn, Email channels);
- Utilise & adjust AI agents to efficiently manage even more conversations;
- Participating in building & adjusting outreach strategies;
- Becoming a leadgen & getsales expert, a top influencer on LinkedIn;
- LinkedIn content creation & engagement with prospects;

💰 What I offer:

- Gross OTE: $24k – $48k/year (on-target earnings, before taxes);
- Remote & flexible schedule;
- 30 days off;
- Grades system, team bonuses for achieving every million, stock option potential;
- 3-month probation period.
