Additionally, my focus is geared towards managing the internal and external operations of AIM WA, as well as consistently delivering high level advice to our wider Board around policy and planning.

I am a former academic turned social trends and workplace specialist, Board director, keynote speaker, newspaper columnist, and most importantly, Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Institute of Management in Western Australia (AIM WA).

My passion is inspiring better workplaces.  I like to ignite discussions around workplace themes and topics, and I use my column in Perth’s The Sunday Times – called “Workplace Matters” – to get conversations started right here on LinkedIn.

Save Lives Project

We created Save Lives Project a go-to platform for the people who are going through troubled times and do not know where to seek help from. They may be suffering from mental health problems or prone to develop them. It will be a platform with a vision to provide a safe haven to discuss their mental health problems, seek help to deal with their mental health issues, and maintain mental wellness. It is envisioned that this platform will be one of its kind to provide mental health services at the global level.

The study of human behavior has always fascinated me. My passion for understanding the human psyche led me to pursue a master's degree in Industrial Psychology. After completing my studies, I joined Unilever, one of the largest multinationals, as a Consumer Insight Manager. This role allowed me to apply my psychological knowledge while learning and practicing the latest research techniques. My work at Euromonitor involved research across various industries, including FMCG, health, and automotive, which further deepened my understanding of consumer behavior and strategic research.

Beyond my professional journey, I am deeply committed to mental health advocacy. I co-founded the Save Lives Project, an initiative focused on raising awareness about mental health and suicide prevention. Our e-book, Whispers of Hope (October 2023), brought together insights from 25 advocates and professionals, creating a platform for shared stories and community healing.

In 2022, I published my first book, The Algorithm of Life, a project 20 years in the making. Within 24 hours of its release, it became a bestseller in eight Amazon categories. The book has received glowing reviews and endorsements from notable figures, including a Nobel Peace Prize winner, Mark Victor Hansen, and other esteemed thought leaders.
