Discussing the same amongst the assigned PM for Cost effective process, s/w development & manpower requirement. Planning the daily activity for timely dispatches of each customer, assigning the right person based on the skill set, monitoring the processes & identifying/utilizing the spare man hours.
Responding to Client correspondence and updating the same to the concern person.
Preparing the project initiation document & other detail information for new/existing customer added in the group. Meeting with the Team, giving them the feedback & sharing the concern if any for better coordination and improvement. Co-ordination with QM - QMS/ISMS and sharing the information with the Team for any development in the QMS/ISMS. Re-look at the existing workflows, identify the redundant process and eliminate them. Solving Day-to-Day operational problems if any. Grooming & assigning the potential staff with higher responsibility. Coordinating with the existing customer for potential new projects by having a conference call. Generating the total revenue statistics against the total team members and planning to improve the benchmark given. Planning for the new projects in pipeline and assigning the task/activities accordingly to manage the workload. Both projects are take care at Mumbai & Chennai with the strength of 1300 employees.

Volume of project was increased from 400000 to 1400000 per month in 4 month of period due to maintaining TAT & good Quality as per requirement. Also proud to manage and be in a Team who have won 8 times 100% Quality award till the year 2016 from UHG.
