Last week on a call, someone asked me honestly, “Sachin, do I need to become an AI expert to become an AI PM?”

I smiled, because this is the biggest confusion right now. 

Most aspiring PMs think they need to learn everything. AI. ML. Data science. Coding again. Ten different tools. 

So they start watching random videos, taking random courses, trying to keep up with everything.
