In my recent role at Lintkree, my team and I doubled the company's revenue and users in 24 months; helping it achieve a $1.3BN valuation. Prior to Linktree, I've built products for companies of all sizes, from global corporates like Vodafone and Expedia to startups like Airtasker and SocietyOne. 

In my spare time, I give back to the product community by coaching product management at universities, speaking at product conferences, and writing on various product blogs.

David Wang

I’m a product-focused software engineer with an unconventional path, journalism, personal training, and then a full pivot into software during COVID, where I put in 100+ hour weeks because I knew I’d found the work I wanted to bet on. Since then, I’ve led major launches in healthcare SaaS at Prompt Health, partnering with Product, AI, Design, and Data teams to ship features used by millions. I also launched JEvents, a nonprofit CRM and event platform in active beta, and previously co-founded and sold a profitable ATM venture in the tri-state area.

I’ve always been curious about how people think and work, especially across different backgrounds. That perspective comes from interviewing people as a journalist and working closely with clients as a personal trainer. Software engineering gave me the ability to turn those insights into real systems. Now I’m looking toward product management as the next step to apply that same instinct, at a higher level.

With over seven years of experience working on B2B, SaaS, AI, and entrepreneurial products, I’m proud of the path that brought me here and excited to contribute to teams building thoughtful, impactful products.
