⚬ Restructuring and revisiting the processes within Quality Assurance group.

⚬ Creating prototypes for proof of concepts and demonstrations.
⚬ Preparing and presenting CRM Solution at customer meetings
⚬ Recruiting, assisting and mentoring new pre-sales staff
⚬ Providing inputs to product development group
⚬ Producing unified technical proposals / response to RFP/RFI 
     ― Qualifying a sales opportunity
     ― Preparing response to proposals and technical documents as per the proposal requirements

     ― Preparing high level project schedules and MS Project plans
