► Aligned privately held company and board processes with Sarbanes-Oxley, including upgrading disclosure, bolstering corporate governance, expanding accountability, and increasing oversight and auditor independence.
► Secured $700K+ in investment funding, while negotiating $250K+ in previously incurred debt with stock trades, by working with legal counsel to prepare a Regulation D offering and establishing a broker sales program.

One local collaborator went the extra mile, or should I say miles, to make sure things went smoothly and all felt welcomed. Most of my Mondays start in the torture chamber... also known as The Body Fix Coach with James Bacon. 💪 He does look rather menacing in this photo with his torture tools.

Deep tissue massage. Necessary evil. Especially when you're a heavy lifter like me. Maintenance and recovery are just as important as training. Bidding for contracts is a lot like this.

If you don’t stop to fix what’s tight - review what’s working, stretch your strategy, release the pressure points, eventually something gives.
