► Secured $700K+ in investment funding, while negotiating $250K+ in previously incurred debt with stock trades, by working with legal counsel to prepare a Regulation D offering and establishing a broker sales program.

One local collaborator went the extra mile, or should I say miles, to make sure things went smoothly and all felt welcomed.
