What does he do, actually? Well, I'm glad you asked.

After almost 18 years in the hospitality industry, I am sharing everything that I have learnt with FOH service teams.

I have worked in many different properties, from four-star hotels to chain restaurants. And the one thing that is a constant? The need for good service.

After a period of observation, I will craft a training blueprint which will cover issues which may be present. This will be followed up with classroom sessions, on-the-floor observations, and on-the-spot suggestions.

Always working with the managers and the Operations Team, so everyone is on the same page.
