Efficient and timely delivery of broking/underwriting system processing
•Prepare quotes for new business
•Complete proposal form checking
•Perform processing for quotes ready to be bound
•Extract data from various software applications or email & accurately key-in to Underwriter Central
•Validate and check completeness of information reflected in Underwriter Central against latest records from source input
•Resolve discrepancies in data as much as possible and obtain further information whenever practical to do so; otherwise, flag missing information as necessary
•Reflect status of quotes, as well as missing information, on applicable documents/templates ready for sending to relevant onshore and other contacts
•Assist ad-hoc and/or general queries, as required
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/Documentation Ownership
•Ensures documentation requirements (e.g. checklists, templates, manuals/procedures, process maps, KPI’s, dashboards, etc.) of the Underwriting Processing functions and all its related supporting functions are maintained/updated timely and reviewed on a periodic basis
•Proactively engage, deliver, execute and implement various standardisation, centralisation, and continuous improvement projects and initiatives as relevant.
Other Ad-hoc and/or required deliverables

Underwriting Administrator (MECON) 

•	Perform data entry with data compiled from various general insurance broking companies in the Australian market for Strata, Landlord, Home, Private Motor and Business Pack risks. 
•	Process the renewal and new business insurance quotes by resolving the discrepancies of  data which is updated in the Database systems such as Winbeat Sunrise, CBS access and Insight using multiple monitors. 
•	Crosscheck for cancellation, alteration and lapsed policies and to verify in database provided. 
•	Engaging Steadfast database system known as Steadfast Virtual Underwriter (SVU) which acts as a client trading platform to generates insurance quotes and policies within a short time frame. 
•	Constantly verify and keep track of status of quotes and policy holders details for any changes from insurance brokers with attention to details such as premium collection, types of risk and limit of liability and endorsements. 
•	Provide training support to junior data processing administrators when needed. 
•	Liaise with Immediate superior and managers in Australia with regards to clients needs and change of business requirements from time to time. 
•	Prepare and update all necessary documentation such as daily updates , portfolio transfers and other required deliverables when needed.

Data Processing Administrator - Steadfast Client Trading Platform

Allianz Life ( MBA Agency )

Perform office duties such as scanning, emailing, and processing documents which are related to the insurance industry.
• Ensure and Monitoring all office accounts are in order at all times.
• Provide professional assistance to Allianz Life Insurance customers on a basis need.
• Ensure and monitor that all letters and documents are endorsed with Company Stamp before distributing to all Managers and Co-workers.
• Communicate and hold meetings with Business Development Manager and Agency Manager on issues regarding customer service and accounts matters on a regular basis.
• Conduct routine trips to Allianz life insurance branches to submit necessary files and clear queries related to the insurance industry
