Conduct spot checks based on account checklist and CSD
Report the findings of the spot checks to Geography Leaders
Prepare a tracker of all findings and remediation plan and provide updates to Geography leaders
Schedule a preparatory meeting with the delivery team including resolver groups before the audit kick off meeting
Work with the delivery leader to identify an audit focal
Update the DA team on data or information required from them for the audit before the audit kick off meeting
Conduct pre-audit and close the pre-audit before the actual audit and post remediation before the audit is announced
Raise NCIs etc. and proactive CIRATS as required before the audit announcement
Work with the audit focal to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all responses to data requests
Develop best practices and publish to IAM Community
Share information on audit education, lessons learnt, best practices and other updates to all concerned teams, including those outside IAM where applicable
Document the existing processes followed for the account
Identify deviations from the global process
Record any exceptions approved for the account
Document the metrics that need to be monitored for the account depending upon the requirements of the Geography
Primary Controls - Ensure and check execution of Primary Control Processes (in order to avoid Undeleted IDs and Orphan IDs which affect Operational Metrics)
Secondary controls - Monitor operational metrics and ensure each scheduled revalidation and revalidation which is going to be due is executed within given month to prevent drop down
Update the Process documentation as and when there’s a change
Work with the Geography RCA Focal to ensure that all RCAs are deep and thorough and aimed at documenting true root causes and preventive actions
