I’m the Founder and CEO at Blockwee, a specialized video content company working with AI and Web3 companies across the ecosystem. This hands on approach keeps everything grounded in real execution instead of theory.

Recently, I scaled an AI focused content page from 0 to 10,000 plus followers in 30 days and generated over 700,000 views with just 60 posts by sharing how AI agents are actually built. 

My goal is to help founders and teams understand AI in a practical way while continuing to build Blockwee into the go to video partner for AI and Web3 companies that care about clarity, credibility, and long term distribution.

My work took me to 9+ countries last year. What happened by the end of it changed how I see success...

Last year, my calendar looked insane, in a “dream life” kind of way.
> Conference after conference.
> Country after country.
> Photos, people, energy, momentum.

It felt flashy.
To others and, honestly even to me. something very different.,

Web3 events don’t just mean travel.
They mean 10–12 days of nonstop work..late nights, zero routine, constant social energy, and no time to check in with yourself.

You land in a new country, and everything changes:
Your sleep cycle
Your food
Your water
Your body clock

Just when you try to settle into a routine… you’re on another flight.

I started the 2025 year with ETH Denver (US), then moved across conferences, Cannes, and traveled to 9+ countries. 

Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai was supposed to be my final event of the year. Solana Breakpoint again was next.

That’s when my body finally said: enough.

I fell sick during Binance Blockchain Week.
Doctors advised me to go back home immediately.
I couldn’t attend Solana Breakpoint, the team went, but I didn’t.

Soon after, I was diagnosed with jaundice.

One month of complete bed rest at home.
Almost 10 kgs lost.
Everything paused.

Today, all my reports are normal.
I’m back to work next week.
Physically, I’m fine.

But mentally, I learned something the hard way.

What looks flashy from the outside often comes with a cost no one posts about.

We glorify hustle.
We normalize exhaustion.
We wear “overworking” like a badge of honor.

Even my close friends could see it.. I was pushing my body too far.
I just didn’t listen.

Here’s the real learning:

Your health is not a side quest.
It’s the main game.

No event, no deal, no conference, no opportunity is worth breaking your body for. Because when health is gone, everything stops.. work, momentum, ambition, life.

So if you’re constantly traveling, constantly working, constantly pushing, pause.
Rest before your body forces you to.

I learned this the hard way.
You don’t have to.

The day you make your first ₹1,00,000 Rs something quietly changes.
If you’re in India, you’ll understand this deeply..

When I was 19, I made ₹5,000 from my first gig.
That money felt magical.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt that level of happiness again from money alone.

But the day I touched my first ₹1 lakh income, that changed me in a very different way.

Not overnight.
Not dramatically.
But fundamentally.

For the first time, I felt free.
Free to think a little longer-term.
Free to say no to a few things.
Free to believe that maybe… I can build something on my own.

What actually changed?
- I started respecting my time more.
- I became intentional about how I present myself (yes, even the way I dress).
- I stopped chasing “cheap wins” and started thinking in terms of leverage.
- Most importantly, I started investing in myself instead of just surviving.

Here’s the part most people get wrong 👇
Your first ₹1 lakh isn’t for showing off.

It’s for:
- Learning a high-value skill
- Buying better tools (not luxury, utility)
- Improving your health, communication, and confidence
- Creating a small buffer so your mind can think bigger
- Spend it in a way that makes your next ₹1 lakh easier.

Money won’t make you happy forever.
But your first meaningful income will change how you see yourself.

And once that switch flips, there’s no going back.

If you’re still chasing that first ₹1 lakh: keep going.
It’s closer than you think.

Before you put out any video for your product on the internet, pause and ask these 3 questions:

1) Is the problem instantly clear in the first 3–5 seconds?
> If people don’t immediately understand what pain this solves, they scroll.

2) Does this video show value, not features?
> Users don’t care how your product works, they care how their life/work gets better after using it.

3) Is this made for the user, not your internal team?
If it sounds like a pitch deck slide, it’s already lost. Speak their language.

If your video answers these the right way, you’re not “posting content.”

You’re building clarity, trust, and demand.

6 months ago, I realized something that completely changed how I work, and what I share online.

AI agents aren’t just “cool tech.”
They’re a real leverage tool.

If built right, they can make individuals and companies dramatically more efficient.

That belief pushed me to start creating content.
Not surface-level AI tips.
Not “top 5 tools” posts.
But one level deeper.

I started sharing how we actually build AI agents, the systems, the workflows, the tools we use with our team, and how founders and operators can build them for their own companies.

At first, it was just curiosity and consistency.

None of this happened overnight.
