2. Then there is nested learning, a concept most people have not fully understood yet.

Most companies would dream of one such dataset. Google has an entire universe.

5.Add to that the ability to push AI updates to billions of users in a single rollout.
This is not a luxury OpenAI enjoys today.

6. And finally, the part everyone forgets.
Google has enormous cash reserves and the ability to invest at a scale that is difficult to compete with.
That kind of firepower buys time, compute, and breakthroughs.

So when people ask me whether Google is “back”, my answer is simple.

Google never left. It was building.
And now we are starting to see the outcome of that patience.

The race is far from over.
But Google looks ready for the long run.

Everyone is trying to “catch” AI homework. No one is fixing the real problem.

I always cover the Attention Is All You Need paper in my trainings because it changed the trajectory of modern AI. 
But we are now seeing its natural limits. And a new paradigm, Nested Learning (NL), is beginning to redefine what’s possible.

Limitations of Current Transformer Models-

Transformers learn during training, then stop learning. They cannot form new long-term memories.
They depend entirely on old training data and whatever fits inside the current context window.This makes them powerful, but also static and inflexible.

How Nested Learning addresses this

Nested Learning introduces multiple learning speeds inside the model.
Some parts update quickly for new information.
Others update slowly to build stable knowledge.
This makes the model adaptive, dynamic, and capable of improving continuously, not just during training.
