Not even understating this but Wispr Flow has spoiled me for good. Typing LLM prompts (or anything at this point) feels like caveman behavior 🤖

Prior to this, I'd type out every prompt into Claude and ChatGPT.

Now I... talk. Across 41 different apps.

Hold down a hotkey, ramble my thoughts, and wispr turns it into clean text that sounds like me.

And two things changed almost immediately.

⬩ Prompts are WAY more detailed and rich. When you're speaking at 145 wpm you naturally give the AI more context without even trying.

I was a member of the Project Management leadership and was responsible in setting up the Project Management practice for CBRE in Pune; From being the first employee in the region, I built a team of 75 professionals in my 5 years time which included the global recession.  During this tenure, we delivered over 1.5 Million Sft interior fit outs, Green field campuses and a 1.8 million sft Retail Mall.  

I got an opportunity to work with all the other service lines of CBRE which helped me build a deep understanding of the Real Estate business.

I was a part of the erstwhile CES;  I started as a senior planner on the Hyatt Regency hotel project, Mumbai. I was then selected to work on an International Earthquake Rehabilitation Project in Turkey. 

 Later, I went to Gujarat where the company was involved in design and project management of Earthquake Rehab and Infrastructure projects; funded by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. I was In charge of the region and head of the operations.

I Joined SPCL as an Graduate Engineering Trainee' (GET).  For the first two years I was on a part of a large team constructing a state of art Float-Glass factory.  Then, I went on to work on a commercial high rise building after which I was promoted as Project Manager for constructing a  Silica Gel factory. 

Later, I moved to the corporate office of SPCL and worked as a senior manager in the tendering, estimation and contract department at the iconic SP Center, Mumbai.

In my 27 years in the construction industry, I have been fortunate to work for world class firms, serving many fortune 500 firms as clients and helping deliver major projects in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. I pride myself on building everlasting professional and personal relationships with my colleagues, industry peers, partners and clients.

My purpose is driving professionalism, integrity and sustainability in the construction industry.  We are at the crossroads of a massive opportunity of making a positive impact on our environment, economy, society and motivating  the next generation to make this world a better place.

I am a speaker at conferences, events and contribute to various thought leadership forums. I am proud to be a member of the coveted RICS South Asia Board alongside some of India's top Real estate professionals. Also, I am a member of the RICS Global construction sector advisory forum.
