By collaborating with local and global organizations, All Hands and Hearts mobilizes the people and resources needed to provide resilient relief to diverse communities impacted by natural disasters. 

Key CMO Accountabilities

• Leading the marketing team on the full span of activities from strategic direction to tactical day-to-day decisions, building the All Hands and Hearts brand with a unified, cross-functional strategy to inspire donors, partners, staff and volunteers to advance our mission.
• Overseeing the design and execution of multi-channel marketing strategy and campaigns, set and achieve strategic marketing goals related to research, campaign development and execution, paid advertising, social media metrics, email and marketing automation, etc.

Reach for Change

As Global Communications Manager, I have successfully planned, led and coordinated communications projects and campaigns across our different markets in Africa and Europe, as well as contributed to our fundraising work through visualizing our partner offerings and designing sales materials. In addition, I have had a specific responsibility for building up and managing the organization’s internal brand portal to provide co-workers across the organization with tools and guidelines for external communication.

Though I only came into the Partnerships Manager role this year, I have over the years worked with our partners, in collaboration with our Africa Country and Program Managers, to ensure partnership objectives and expectations were met through regular in person and virtual meetings, and by creating monthly partner updates and partner specific impact reports. I have built strong relationships with relevant partners and this has helped Reach for Change to meet their needs and renew partnerships.

Global Communications Manager and Partnerships Manager 

I support the organization to deliver high-impact brand visibility through updating and driving the use of the brand portal and other brand tools. I am involved in the global communication processes, bringing an Africa perspective to global communications and being the link between communications team and African markets. I have also contributed to the production of sales materials for both our Europe and Africa markets for the fundraising team and dissemination of impact information to relevant stakeholders. I also developed communication materials and activities to support the global fundraising and partnership strategy, working with the Global Communications Team and the Global Partnerships and Fundraising Team, supporting and leading in some cases, the development of communications strategies to reach national, regional, and international audiences.

Global Communications Manager

I was charged with creating and executing communication strategies and ran for over 30 campaigns in the region for our partners and donors, namely Tigo/Millicom, MTG, UNICEF, EU, Kavli Trust, H&M Conscious Foundation, IKEA Foundation, Kosmos and Bayport Financial Services. I was responsible for creating high-impact campaign strategies for and with media partners such as TRACE TV, Giving Back and GROW, Senegal and drafting impact, pre and post-campaign strategies, roadmaps and reports to effectively communicate the impact of the social entrepreneurs in the Program. I managed the communications of 7 countries in Africa namely Tanzania, Ghana, DRC, Chad, Senegal, Ethiopia and Rwanda. I also coordinated with Program and Country Managers in Africa country offices to develop Africa level and stakeholder communications for brand building and partners. In addition, I provided communications coaching and training workshops to over 200 of our social entrepreneurs in the region to strengthen the way they communicate about 
their organisations through marketing, branding and pitching skills trainings.

Reach for Change is an international non-profit organisation that identifies and support social entrepreneurs and innovators we call Change Leaders – exceptional individuals who have a strong desire to promote children’s rights, an innovative idea to change the world for children and youth, and the passion and the drive to create this change. They are given funding and coaching in our Accelerator and Incubator programs, and are matched with advisors and experts from the business field. We work in close cooperation with MTG, Metro, Tele2, Millicom, CDON Group and Stenbecks Stiftelse.

About the project

SNV Zimbabwe is implementing Opportunities for Youth Employment (OYE) project funded by SIDA and SDC. The project seeks to improve the livelihoods and prospects for 10,000 youth (among whom at least 50% are young women) by creating “green” employment and enterprise opportunities in agriculture, energy and other emerging sectors. Under the OYE project, SNV is hosting online youth entrepreneurial fairs to create a platform for youth to exhibit their products and services to customers online; enable youth entrepreneurs to gather competitive intelligence; introduce a new product; recruit dealers or distributors; improve company image or improve its visibility whilst at the same time motivate more youth to start-up enterprises and create awareness about the project. 

My responsibilities:

Development of the Virtual Youth Entrepreneurship Fair Concept
Orientation of Local Service Providers (LSP's) on the Virtual Youth Entrepreneurship Fair and how they can support the production and cascading processes
Support Youth to prepare for the Virtual Youth Entrepreneurship Fair production
Production of the Virtual Youth Entrepreneurship Fair covering the proposed/agreed districts
Development of the Virtual Youth Entrepreneurship Fair products for communication on various platforms
Producing high-quality multimedia (videos, audios, photos, etc.)
Producing and/or working with a wide range of multimedia including producing audio from video recordings

I was expected to prepare and release multi-media visibility and information material suitable to highlight the results of the programme and ensure appropriate visibility of the European Union, ZimTrade, the ACP Secretariat and the TradeCom II programme. I was also expected to produce  Communication material for the final workshop (flyers, brochures and related flyers, brochures and related materials to promote EU visibility). The other activities included the provision of all necessary resources and tasks to conduct the following:
- Video shooting (5 minutes) of the selected “good practice” 7 cases  from Nyanga, Chimanimani and Chipinge. The small scale farmers filmed focused on macadamia nuts, bananas, floriculture, pineapples and avocados.
- This involved traveling to the farms, creating the script and working with the farmers to get the best interviews; and 
- Video dissemination to the beneficiaries and to the public via social media (e.g. Facebook, YouTube).

I was charged with determining the best ways for our agency to visually represent our clients identity online and offline. It was very much a people-oriented job, involving development of high-level concepts for design and communications projects. It also involved working with internal and external clients, pitching designs and understanding client needs. At times, I was required to develop visual designs and was also given the responsibility of managing third party design firms and vendors. Some of my responsibilities were, but not limited to, leading creative sessions for project kick-offs, managing multiple projects from concept through completion, developing creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance the brand strategy.

I also worked with Account Executives to make sure the client's needs were being met and the creative goals were on track. Her skill set includes high-impact storytelling, training, and conducting workshops in areas like pitching, marketing, and branding, having trained over 300 social entrepreneurs to amplify their message and drive change.

Her creative foundation in advertising fuels her innovative approach, while her nonprofit experience shapes her storytelling and impact communications skills. Tadzie is a recognized force in project management, branding, and graphic design, highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tadzie is the founder of IGNITE Youth in Zimbabwe, where she empowers young leaders with the skills to realize their potential. Through mentorship, career guidance, and training, she’s helping youth across Zimbabwe become changemakers in their schools, communities, and beyond.
