If I had to quickly check why someone’s outbound isn’t working…

I wouldn’t start with their email copy.

Sounds weird, but it’s true.

A lot of the time, the issue isn’t the message at all.

It’s stuff like:
- They don’t actually know who they’re targeting.
- Their contact data is messy.
- Half the people on the list aren’t even reachable.

So of course, replies are low.

Before fixing the copy, I usually look at:

→ Is the ICP clear?
→ Are the emails/numbers valid? (We usually run it through BetterContact first.)
→ Are they reaching people at the right time?
→ What are real replies saying?
→ Are bounce rates high?

Outbound is pretty simple when the basics are right.

Good data + clear targeting go a long way.
