Begin juni 2018 werd mij gevraagd of ik mijn bijdrage wilde leveren aan de implementatie van het werk bij VDB. Deze uitdaging heb ik met twee handen aangepakt.

Het implementeren van het werk van Broekema was een spannend en uitdagend proces. Alle collega’s droegen hier aan bij en vele avond/zaterdaguren werden opgeofferd om het proces zo vlekkeloos mogelijk te laten verlopen. Ook was het voor de klanten van Broekema duidelijk merkbaar dat er het een en ander veranderde.

Gelukkig werd er iedere week vooruitgang geboekt. Er vielen én vallen steeds meer puzzelstukjes op hun plaats. Het was een intensieve, maar voornamelijk leerzame en uitdagende periode.
