I would like to think that people will remember me as a nice bloke, who did nice things.

And those nice things are:

- Talking. Think Radio, TV, Events, Podcasts, Lecturing, etc.
- Charity. No one has ever become poor from giving.
- Birmingham. I'm proud to consistently champion this city.

And those nice things were:

- Marketing. Web, digital, social media.
- Law. I genuinely still can't believe that I was an actual lawyer.
- Consultancy. Non-Exec. Board Member. Advisor.

And I've done a lot more bits and bobs.

My main focus currently is:

Radio and broadcasting with the BBC.
Hosting and public speaking through my own business.
And charity (which will always be voluntary).

But I can always do some of the other bits if you think I could help you.

Responsible for managing the fixed and mobile telecommunications infrastructure. I provided daily support to end-users, I project managed small to large scale telecoms projects and I also managed 3rd-party suppliers.

Technical Analyst (Telecoms)

Provided first-line support to IT end-users and also managed Incidents that were referred to second-line support (including 3rd-party suppliers).

IT Help Desk Analyst

Temporary secondment enabling me to work within the branch network and gain customer-facing experience.

Relief Customer Service Adviser

Provided IT-related training courses for internal staff, including MS office and mortgage and cashiering systems.

Technical Training Officer

Clerical Assistant for the Training department, providing administrative support for the in-house trainers and Society staff.
