I am on the quest of taming „BAD MEETINGS“. 
With my own, science-based framework I help companies to eliminate unnecessary meetings and make the remaining ones excellent. Most companies burn incredible amount of resources in bad meetings (e.g. a 2 hour ineffective weekly checkup with only 5 participant managers costs you at least 200 lost manhours a year – you do the cost math...). Bear in mind that any bad meeting results in other unnecessary meetings... eliminating and improving meetings brings also compound interest.
