I am on the quest of taming „BAD MEETINGS“. 
With my own, science-based framework I help companies to eliminate unnecessary meetings and make the remaining ones excellent. Most companies burn incredible amount of resources in bad meetings (e.g. a 2 hour ineffective weekly checkup with only 5 participant managers costs you at least 200 lost manhours a year – you do the cost math...). Panasonic was opening a new mobile phones factory, responsible for the European market.

I had the opportunity to build a new B2B After-sales department. Together we supported 27 EMEA National Sales companies and launched 10 models in the European market.

We provided the service centers with the know-how, service tools, spare parts, and paid for the repairs. For each model, we cooperated closely with the R&D, located in China and the USA. We built an understanding of the model, created service manuals, sourced the parts. After the launch of each model, we sold the spare parts to the service centers, supported their issues, and paid for the repairs.

My team was resolving all market issues found in Europe. We were providing constant feedback to the development and manufacturing teams overseas.

Using Continuous improvement techniques, we achieved efficiency, allowing us to cover the operations with 50% of the staff, even in the peak seasons.

Together with our Japanese colleagues, we developed a global advanced web-based solution. This solution provided an immediate decision of payment/not payment to service companies in Europe. The result was a drop in repair processing time from days to minutes.

For this solution, I designed the SW Architecture of the new automated system for data exchange with 100s of service centers around Europe.
