Ieri, al HR Forum 2025 di COMUNICAZIONE ITALIANA, ho avuto il piacere di moderare qualcosa di più che una tavola rotonda, un piccolo spaccato di ciò che sta succedendo davvero nelle aziende oggi. 
Ognuno dei partecipanti ha portato un pezzo di mondo e la parola chiave che mi porto a casa è #consapevolezza. 
Insieme a Lucia Pecoraro, abbiamo ascoltato storie che parlano di famiglie che faticano, di giovani che vivono il lavoro in modo nuovo, di aziende che provano a fare la cosa giusta, di manager chiamati a cambiare pelle. E anche di quanto sia sottile il confine tra il “funzionare” e il “tenere botta”.
È stato uno di quei momenti in cui capisci che lo stress non è solo una parola nei manuali HR: è una verità che attraversa le persone.
E che se lo si ascolta con onestà, può diventare un’occasione per far evolvere davvero le aziende.
Grazie Claudia Chiuppi per la profondità di pensiero rispetto alle fragilità familiari e sociali che entrano in azienda, mostrando quanto il supporto psicologico sia ormai indispensabile.
