Approccio positivo, visione ampia, determinazione e problem solving sono le caratteristiche che meglio mi descrivono. 

In costante equilibrio tra lavoro e famiglia, cerco di dare il massimo ad entrambi (…senza trascurare troppo gli amici e lo sport).

Il mio percorso professionale è stato, finora, molto “liquido”. 

Ho iniziato, dopo la laurea in economia, affiancando un executive manager nella costruzione del piano industriale di una piccola azienda. Da questo progetto emersero alcune opportunità, e mi fu affidato lo startup di una di queste. Ne nacque una nuova business unit, che portai avanti per due anni. 

Nel frattempo, mi specializzai in marketing, e in particolare in digital marketing, formandomi e sperimentando direttamente sul campo.

Dopo qualche tempo, lo stesso manager, mio apprezzato mentore, mi propose di prendere parte ad un progetto di startup a Milano. L’esperienza fu appassionante e mi fece acquisire visione strategica e concrete capacità di execution. Un passaggio rilevante fu l’acquisizione, dopo qualche tempo, di un brand che stava vivendo un momento di difficoltà. Mi occupai del riposizionamento e del rilancio, intervenendo in modo radicale su diversi aspetti. Ne curai, poi, la gestione e lo sviluppo facendolo diventare uno degli asset più importanti della società.

Nello stesso periodo frequentai un Executive MBA presso la SDA Bocconi. Esperienza impegnativa, sfidante e coinvolgente. Per più di due anni seguii le lezioni di sera, dopo il lavoro, e il sabato, sostenendo più esami che all’università e dando fondo ad energie che non sapevo di possedere. 

Dopo quasi dieci anni dedicati alla stessa società, mi resi conto che era il momento di cambiare, uscire dalla zona di comfort e cercare nuove sfide. 

L’opportunità venne, per caso, confrontandomi con un manager (...la leggenda parla di una chiacchierata durante un viaggio in aereo) con il quale mi sono subito accorto di condividere idee, entusiasmo, comportamenti ed approccio al business. 

Nel 2015 è iniziata la mia avventura con inFinance.
