Ho operato con Fincalabra s.p.a. (società in house della Regione Calabria) nell’ambito dell’iniziativa Calabriainnova nel team di sviluppo nuove imprese. Fra le principali attività ho seguito la progettazione e gestione di una bando per il supporto e il finanziamento di nuove iniziative imprenditoriali caratterizzate da innovazione. Il bando denominato TalentLab ha rappresentato una trasformazione nell’approccio alla creazione di impresa e si è estrinsecato in un percorso di accompagnamento della durata di circa 24 mesi a nuovi imprenditori laureati ed operatori della ricerca. Risorse relative alla programmazione 2007/2013 pari a 5 mio di euro. Nuove iniziative realizzate 40.
L’approccio è stata confermato anche nella programmazione 2014/2020 con risorse programmate pari a 10 mio di euro.

Con il ruolo di quadro nella società Eurobrutia srl, ho sviluppato un’attività di distribuzione di prodotti alimentari nel settore catering. In questa esperienza ho creato e gestito una rete di vendita formata da 6 agenti con una responsabilità di fatturato fino a 6 mio di euro. Contemporaneamente ho contribuito alla realizzazione e alla gestione, dal punto di vista commerciale ed organizzativo, di una rete di punti vendita operante nella moderna distribuzione alimentare al dettaglio, formata, nel tempo, fino a 15 punti vendita con 112 dipendenti ed una responsabilità di fatturato di 45 mio di euro

Ho collaborato, con responsabilità crescenti, con il Salumificio F.lli Dodaro & c. alla direzione commerciale e marketing. In questa veste ho sviluppato numerose campagne promozionali per i prodotti dell’azienda, ho organizzato numerose partecipazione a fiere nazionali (Cibus) ed internazionali (Anuga Colonia e Sial Parigi). Ho avuto la responsabilità di un consorzio commerciale per l’export che ha aggregato fino a 12 aziende alimentari calabresi. Ho contribuito alla realizzazione di un moderno opificio industriale autorizzato all’export in numerosi paesi extracomunitari. Ho avuto responsabilità crescenti nelle trattative commerciali con la maggior parte delle catene nazionali appartenenti alla GDO arrivando a generare un fatturato con alcune di esse anche superiore a 0,5 mio di euro. Ho creato la prima esperienza distributiva di prodotti di salumeria tipica calabrese in Giappone. Ho curato l’evoluzione di sistemi informativi aziendali anche attraverso l’adozione di ERP.
