Hi - let me introduce myself. 

I am Phil - a Performance Coach working primarily with revenue leaders & salespeople. 

My mission is to decode Performance Psychology - and teach it to leaders, so they can get the most from their people. 

I worked in sales for 12 years, and have since built a successful coaching business, where I teach the fundamentals of Performance Psychology, and work with revenue leaders to build out high performing teams.

My ambition is to make coaching part of the culture of organisational life. Where people do jobs that are aligned to their core values, and to create environments where people grow personally & professionally EVERYDAY. 

I have studied human psychology & neuroscience as part of my coaching qualification - and adp[t 


I am trained in Performance Psychology, I also adopt many practices from the wellness space and eastern philosophy - which means my clients don't just get great results - they learn how to optimise mind+body, so they reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and generally feel great.

Sometime this year, I'll disappear from the internet entirely. No more LinkedIn, no more anything else.

My top two pieces of advice for anyone who's a little bit (or a lot bit) ambitious in their career and life:

1. Try a lot. Fail a lot. Get a lot of data. Adjust based on that data. Keep trying. Keep failing. Keep adjusting. For years and years and years.

2. Have a higher calling. You likely won't make it far if you're using earthly motivation. Talk to God. Try to find out what He wants for you.

Not everyone is using AI.

In fact, I've noticed that people who are truly good at their craft (besides maybe coding) barely use AI at all.

Maybe there's a lesson in that.
