Now I run Redux Payments, where we use AI to recover failed payments and fix involuntary churn for subscription businesses.

Fresh Consulting

Recruited for Meta/Facebook assignment to work on the Applied Perception Science team. This includes working with the research scientists to implement the Hardware and Firmware needed to conduct an experiment. 

•	Installed specialized PCs and custom software for both Windows and Linux
•	Wrote custom Linux Apps using C# that were specific to each experiment
•	Documented custom software so future users can re-use the software that was developed.

Rad Power Bikes

Lead the Architectural Development of the next generation connected eBike with a team of 3-5 Firmware Engineers, establishing best practices and procedures for team development projects.

•	Managed Code Reviews
•	Wrote Job Descriptions and Hired additional Firmware Engineers when needed
•	Wrote Functional Requirements Specifications for new accessories for eBikes. 
•	Managed a cross functional team to design and implement a Fleet Management system for eBikes.
•	Managed and help architect the first-generation consumer facing connected system for eBikes.  Including designing the Hardware Platform and working closely with the App team.

- Primary responsibility was Firmware Development for the Clarisonic brand of cleansing devices.
- Developed Firmware for BLE enabled devices using Cypress PSoC controllers to work with Mobile Apps. All Development was in C using PSoC Creator. 
- Managed Development of Firmware for a 510(k) Medical Device.
- Researched and built Proof of Concept device using voice recognition to control the product.
- Managed the Firmware/Software repository using Microsoft Azure DevOps and Git.
- Managed a small team of Firmware Engineers.

Washington Premier FC

Assign and Mentor soccer referees for youth soccer at one of the top 4 youth soccer clubs in Washington.  Games are the highest level youth games in the area requiring a more experienced referee crew.  I recruited and assigned referees on a weekly basis.

- Summer tournaments required 50-60 referees to cover 300 or more games a weekend
- Mentoring new referees to help them gain the experience and confidence needed to work higher level matches
- Through networking and recruiting I was able to improve game coverage from an average of 60% of positions covered on a weekend to 99.9% coverage in my time as the Assignor
