I’ve led the build of 100+ software products. This includes SaaS products for bootstrapper founders, VC-funded fast-growing startups, and big enterprises like ADP, Box, and the US ski team.

I literally had this exact conversation at lunch with Jacqueline Jacques last week. It's great to see more in the industry sharing the same sentiment. 👏

Before you buy any more supplements this month, do these 3 things first 👇🏼

Most people treat supplements like a guessing game. They see a viral trend and add another bottle to their cabinet without knowing if their body actually needs it.

If you want to optimize your biology, you need to stop guessing and start measuring. 

Here is the protocol I recommend:
👉🏼 Get your baseline blood work. A standard primary care visit usually only covers a few basic biomarkers. You need a full baseline. Once we know exactly where your deficiencies are, we can supplement with intention rather than habit.

👉🏼 Cut out ultra-processed foods. Ultra-processed foods are nutrient-poor. When you shift your focus to organic, whole foods, your nutrient density naturally increases. As your diet improves, your "need" for external supplementation actually goes down. 

👉🏼 Focus on hydration. This is the part most people miss. Proper hydration creates the environment for your biology to transport nutrients through your cells at a much more efficient rate. Without hydration, your supplements won't be nearly as effective. 

Supplements should be exactly what the name implies: a supplement to a strong foundation of data, nutrition, and hydration.
