ENIKKA Ltd

Cofounded an affordable luxury fashion brand establishing 300 international retailers and shipping over 50,000 high end items across 1000 SKU's. Improved supply chain relationships, working capital financing, distribution, press and online activities and placed a private funding round. The brand achieved widespread celebrity endorsement and grew 10X in terms of units shipped and turnover.

Achievements:
Grew revenue from zero to $5m, produced and shipped 50,000 units, opened 300 resellers globally.
Due to supply problems and the financial crisis closing down 50% of our customer base we were forced to suspend trading and decided to replan and relaunch at some time in the future.

Managing Director and Angel Investor

Mi8 Corporation 

Established and built Mi8 Corp as co-founder with Huw K Thomas (later founded QV21), David J Castellani (ex Cigna, Prudential, MetLife), and Chris F McConnell (CFM Technologies, PA).

Mi8 was a disruptive online service for business applications, ahead of SaaS, Cloud and ASP's. Key partners were AT&T, Microsoft and EDS. Mi8 was sold to Apptix (OSE: APP) in 2006. Raised $35m in funding and grew the business to 20,000 accounts. Created the initial business model, selected, deployed and managed $2m capex operational support systems, led our ISO 9001 quality certification, led key accounts and alliances, and managed the Board reporting and investor relations. Evaluated >100 technology companies for strategic fit including Qualcomm and Intel. Developed the future roadmap of products in 2002 which included file sharing, photo sharing, video sharing, archiving, services, and additional Enterprise application services.

Achievements:
Established all systems for provisioning, billing and customer care.
Managed large account sales and oversaw sales operations.
Hunted and landed key ISP partners and obtained a $1m incremental equity investment.
Developed partnerships with AT&T, EDS/HP and Microsoft and made them productive.

Co-founder, COO, Angel Investor of Mi8 Corporation, acquired by Apptix plc then GoDaddy

Deutsche Bank

Global Head of IT Product Requirements for the International Private Bank and Global Business Process Re-engineering Champion. End-to-end BPR for the Swiss banking sites and formalized the Bank’s methodology. Led business-side planning for the global rollout of SAP Financials (New York) and Regulatory Requirements Gaps (Singapore). 

Achievements:
One of the youngest Head Office promotions to Director level (Group Level 3, SVP). 
Appeared twice in Forum, the corporate magazine.

IBM iSeries programmer and technical architect. Led go live of a 300 module system for Barclays Bank. Designed custom systems for Mercedes Benz Finance and the London Stock Exchange. Completed all mainline systems design training in Chicago with special interest in Artificial Intelligence.
