Peter Grosskopf is CTO/COO at AllUnity, a joint venture of DWS, Flow Traders and Galaxy Digital that is building an E-Money institute in Germany to issue a MiCAR-compliant EUR-denominated stablecoin in the future to enhance liquidity and efficiency in tokenized markets. He is responsible for technology and for setting up the organization. 

Before, he was co-founder and CTO of Unstoppable Finance GmbH, a Berlin-based company with the mission of bringing decentralized finance applications (DeFi) to the masses. With Iron they planned building the first on-chain bank, which is based on a proprietary blockchain technology called "Iron Chain." Iron Chain addresses the three key issues that regulated companies, in particular, face with public, permissionless blockchains: privacy of account data, compliance, and governance. Previously, Unstoppable developed the self-hosted wallet app Ultimate (https://ultimate.app), which was acquired by the decentralized exchange Jupiter in April 2024. Before that, Peter was CTO and Managing Director of Börse Stuttgart Digital Exchange, the first regulated exchange for digital assets (MTF) in Germany. Prior to that, he was CTO and co-founder of Solarisbank, a fullbank with technology platform to enable Fintechs to go to market. Peter has a background in technology and entrepreneurship. In 2008, he founded a software engineering consulting company focused on digitization projects and grew it to 30 employees profitably. In 2014, he moved to Berlin to join the company builder Hitfoxgroup and Finleap as CTO, with a focus on fintech. He has been fascinated by blockchain and decentralization since the end of 2016, and since then, he has pursued the vision of making decentralized banking a reality.

In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Peter is a speaker at various industry events, a member of the Digital Advisory Board of the German Ministry of Finance ("Digital Finance Forum"), a contributor in shaping regulation (Crypto Taxation in Germany, TFR, MiCAR, MiCAR Level 2, AMLR, BCBS Standards) in Germany (via Ministry of Finance, Bitkom, private initiatives) and EU (via Blockchain for Europe), a lecturer at IKF Lucerne on Blockchain Technology (CAS), and was a lecturer for two years at FH Münster, teaching subjects such as web engineering, as well as at the Data Science Summer School at Saarland University. As a supervisory board member of 21x, he supports the development of the first marketplace for digital assets under the European DLT Pilot Regime.

🤖 AI 🫧 BUBBLE 💥 BURST 🛑 STORNO! 

(my 1st-Macro-Hot-Take 2026)

Das Platzen einer „AI-Bubble“ ist/wurde komplett abgesagt (siehe Google Trends und Bloomberg "bubble" Count).

Was wir erleben, ist kein Ende von AI, sondern wie Christian Hille auch grob schreibt, der Übergang von Story zu Execution.

2026 wird das erste echte AI-Vintage, in dem Unternehmen, die AI operativ beherrschen, messbar effizienter, profitabler und skalierbarer werden und so für bessere Ergebnisse und ggf. Freude an der Börse sorgen werden. Wer in der Lage ist in Unternehmen wie diese oder AI-1st-Gedachte Firmen zu investieren, wird stark belohnt werden (Beispiel-Aktie: Lemonade)...

Der Engpass verschiebt sich klar:
Software → Power → Grid → Energy → Materials.

Hyperscaler und Rechenzentren brauchen ein Vielfaches an Energie, Kühlung, Kupfer und Leitfähigkeit. Diese Inputs sind nicht optional... egal, wer das AI-Race gewinnt, Energy, Grid, Copper & Baseload sind damit eine winner-unabhängige 10-Jahres-Langfrist-These (U.a. baue ich daher meine Infra- und Utility-ETFs aus und halte meine Edelmetalle und baue ggf. Kupfer weiter aus).

Parallel läuft the "Big-Agentic-Shift": Seat-based SaaS erodiert. Wert wandert von Tools und alter Software zu "Outcomes" und zu denen, die den physischen und operativen Full-Stack kontrollieren.

"WAS 10 JAHRE LIEF FINANZIERT JETZT DAS NÄCHSTE":

Alles, was über ein Jahrzehnt stabil Alpha geliefert hat, ist heute groß in Portfolios und dient als Liquiditätsquelle für neue Future Plays wie Pure AI, AI-Infrastruktur, Energie... Das ist kein Crash, sondern eine schleichende stetige Rotation/Umverteilung. Software fällt dabei nicht, weil das Geschäft bricht, sondern weil Bewertungen zu hoch sind/waren und Fantasie-Multiples verschwinden bzw. keine neue, genügend große Fantasie mehr für diese Player vorhanden ist. Wachstum ist noch da, aber nicht perfekt, Zinsen bleiben restriktiv bzw. werden wir Nullzinsen vermutlich nicht mehr so schnell sehen. AI schafft Unsicherheit und weil Software extrem crowded war, wirken die Korrekturen größer als fundamental gerechtfertigt.

Ja, kurzfristig kann es auch CapEx-Zyklen und kräftige Rücksetzer geben. Die Volatilität bleibt hoch, aber Netze, Energie und Materialien bleiben eben unabhängig(er) vom Zyklus...

Dazu kommen Debasement & ein schwächerer Dollar (und EURO! leider...):
→ Emerging Markets profitieren (Asien ex-Japan / ex-China).
→ Korea sticht heraus.
→ Biotech kommt zyklisch zurück.
→ Rüstung leider ebenfalls weiter (nicht mein Turf)
(hier verschiebe ich 3-5% Core-Welt-ETF Richtung EM)

Das Ergebnis 2026:
→ klare Software und AI-Verlierer
→ klare AI-Gewinner und überproportionale Returns für alle, die diese Firmen richtig picken
→ Commodeties, Power → Grid → Energy → Materials nehmen trendsicher mittel und langfristig zu

2026 ist nicht das Jahr nach der AI-Euphorie. Es ist das erste Jahr echter AI-Erträge.

Die nächste Stufe zu AGI: Wenn Nicht-Techniker zu CTOs werden!

„Hello Singularity“, „AGI is here“, „closest thing to AGI“... Viel Hype, ja. Aber wir erleben gerade auch einen echten Kipppunkt.

Ich würde schätzen, dass 10–20 Millionen Menschen weltweit bereits heute vibe-coden oder agentic AI-Tools mit echten Berechtigungen nutzen, oft ohne zu realisieren, dass sie damit faktisch zu Mini-CTOs und Mini-DevOps werden.
Mit Zugriff auf Dateien, Kalender, E-Mails, APIs – teilweise sogar produktive Systeme.

Und das Entscheidende: Viele davon sind keine Nerds. Nicht-Techniker handeln plötzlich #agentic. Mit Tools wie Claude Cowork oder #Clawdbot 🦞 können heute auch nicht-technische Nutzer agentisch arbeiten: Aufgaben an die AI delegieren, Prozesse automatisieren, Systeme verbinden, ganz ohne selbst Code zu schreiben.

Ein Beispiel, das zeigt, wie nah wir funktional bereits an AGI sind: Ein Agent hat sich kürzlich eigenständig auf einen Remote-Job beworben – inklusive Anschreiben, Follow-ups und Kommunikation mit Menschen. Der Recruiter merkte es nicht. Ein sehr praktischer, inoffizieller Turing-Test - bestanden!

Vielleicht noch keine „vollständige AGI“. Aber definitiv mehr als nur ein smarter Chatbot...

Leverage first, guardrails later! 

Das Muster ist nicht neu. Wir haben es gesehen bei Makros, Zapier & #IFTTT und frühen Cloud-Automationen. Menschen nutzen mächtige Tools lange, bevor sie perfekt abgesichert sind. Warum? Weil UX fast immer Security schlägt, zumindest am Anfang.

Die Wahrheit ist einfach: Der Markt akzeptiert Risiko, solange der Leverage direkt spürbar ist. Und der Leverage ist gerade enorm. 

Die größte Chance ist gleichzeitig das größte Risiko
Agentic-AI-Systeme sind aktuell noch relativ günstig, offen und wenig reglementiert. Guardrails fehlen oft. Zugriffe sind breit. Limits weich. Das ist riskant, aber genau in solchen Phasen entstehen die größten Vorteile für diejenigen, die sich schnell bewegen.

Wir kennen diese Zeitfenster:
- frühes SEO, als aus Wikipedia kopierte Inhalte Rankings explodieren ließen
- frühes AdWords, als kleine Budgets Millionenumsätze möglich machten
- Social Media und Follower-Explosionen, bevor organische Reichweite durch Algorithmen und Paywalls begrenzt wurde

Offene Systeme. Hoher Hebel. Zeitlich begrenzt.
Auch bei agentischer KI wird das nicht ewig so bleiben. Security, Governance und Permissioning werden aus guten Gründen schnell kommen… Gerade deshalb ist für viele jetzt der Moment, um zu lernen, zu experimentieren und Vorsprung aufzubauen.

Fazit
AGI übernimmt vielleicht noch nicht das Ruder. Aber sie sitzt bereits im Cockpit.
Agentic AI verändert gerade, wie wir arbeiten, entscheiden und skalieren, nicht in der Zukunft, sondern jetzt!

Die Büchse der Pandora ist weiter offen den je…

Die Frage ist nicht, ob sich Regeln und Grenzen durchsetzen. Sondern wer bis dahin gelernt hat, mit dieser neuen Form von Intelligenz souverän umzugehen und wer nur zugeschaut hat.
