I'm fortunate to lead two great organizations.

After helping many companies scale with great talent, I've joined Instrumentum as their Chief Operating and Growth Officer, it was just too good to pass up.  My task?  Help the company scale profitably.  How?  People, Process, and Culture.  Fortunately, Cruxible Partners has provided the experience to do just that.

Instrumentum is doing great things - and Cruxible Partners is in the hands of an amazing team, so both are thriving. I've spent 30+ years in corporate America, worked at three startups, and founded two companies myself.  Building teams was and is the most challenging part of the job.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina and commissioning into the US Army in the early 2000s, I served multiple combat tours in the Middle East in various leadership roles. 

When deciding to end my military service, it was imperative that I find ways to develop and grow professionally that allowed me to leverage my strengths. 

I learned then that my biggest strength was an ability to connect with people and understand where they're coming from, which had served me well as a people leader in uniform and has continued to do so in various sales, business ownership, sales leadership and recruiting roles since.
