I’ve always been a nerd at heart...an unapologetic mix of engineering precision (thanks, Dad’s side) and artistic creativity (shoutout to Mom’s side). That blend turned me into someone who’s endlessly curious about people, their stories, and what makes them tick.

In recent years, my curiosity took a deep dive into the human brain. Cognitive behavior, emotional intelligence, and why we do what we do—it all lit a spark. As an adult learning practitioner, I started layering EQ concepts into leadership development programs, and the results were transformational.
