Learning is important to my OS. I learn via various mediums: podcasts, newsletters, books, videos, blogs, the news, and the richest medium of all – people.

To broaden my perspective and avoid tunnel vision, I shop for new profiles on LinkedIn. I meet at least one new person each week.

Writing and working out are two other key contributors to my OS. Writing is not only essential for my work but also my preferred tool for self-expression. Working out equips me with a stronger, more capable vehicle to navigate the world.

Oh, and practising weekday OMAD (one-meal-a-day). It is such an integral part of me that I sometimes forget that lunch is the preferred social construct. I began OMAD in 2020 as a personal challenge to test my discipline and tolerance for discomfort. I have also tried fasting for over 40 hours; that was refreshing.
